Role Description: Stratsyn AI Technology Services is looking for a talented User Experience (UX) Designer to join our team in Chennai.

As a UX Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the experience of our Saa S platform , ensuring that it is user-centric, intuitive, and visually appealing.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative and impactful designs that enhance our AI-assisted platform.

This is a full-time, on-site position.

Responsibilities: Apply design thinking methodologies to solve complex problems and enhance the overall user experience.

Conduct user research to understand customer needs, behaviors, and pain points.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that bring concepts to life.

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to create user-centric design solutions.

Test and iterate on designs based on feedback from users and team members.

Maintain consistency across all visual elements of the product, ensuring alignment with the brand's visual identity.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure the platform's design remains innovative and competitive.

Qualifications: Strong proficiency in Design Thinking and User Research methodologies.

Expertise in Visual Design and User Experience (UX) principles.

Hands-on experience with prototyping tools and processes.

Proven ability to create user-centric design solutions that enhance user engagement.

Proficiency in UX design tools and software (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, able to work across teams effectively.

Bachelor's degree in Design , Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) , or related field.

Prior experience in designing for Saa S platforms is a plus.
