Role Description:

Stratsyn AI Technology Services is looking for a talented User Experience (UX) Designer to join our team in Chennai. As a UX Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the experience of our SaaS platform, ensuring that it is user-centric, intuitive, and visually appealing. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative and impactful designs that enhance our AI-assisted platform. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Responsibilities:
  • Apply design thinking methodologies to solve complex problems and enhance the overall user experience.
  • Conduct user research to understand customer needs, behaviors, and pain points.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that bring concepts to life.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to create user-centric design solutions.
  • Test and iterate on designs based on feedback from users and team members.
  • Maintain consistency across all visual elements of the product, ensuring alignment with the brand's visual identity.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure the platform's design remains innovative and competitive.
Qualifications:
  • Strong proficiency in Design Thinking and User Research methodologies.
  • Expertise in Visual Design and User Experience (UX) principles.
  • Hands-on experience with prototyping tools and processes.
  • Proven ability to create user-centric design solutions that enhance user engagement.
  • Proficiency in UX design tools and software (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, able to work across teams effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field.
  • Prior experience in designing for SaaS platforms is a plus.
