We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Designer with 4+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in mobile app design, website design, and dashboard design. You will play a critical role in delivering engaging user experiences across various digital platforms. You should be well-versed in key design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and PowerPoint to create stunning and functional user interfaces.


Location - Ramanujan IT City, Chennai


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design process for mobile apps, websites, and dashboards from concept to delivery.
  • Translate complex user requirements and business needs into functional, visually appealing interfaces.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma, Adobe XD, and other design tools.
  • Design engaging mobile apps (iOS/Android), responsive websites, and data-driven dashboards that enhance user experience.
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs align with business objectives and technical constraints.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs to improve user experiences.
  • Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for graphic creation, iconography, and image manipulation as needed.
  • Design intuitive, scalable UI components that support design systems and maintain brand consistency across platforms.
  • Develop and deliver design presentations and client-facing deliverables using PowerPoint to effectively communicate design solutions and concepts.
  • Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into your designs.


Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on mobile app, website, and dashboard design.


Skills & Tools:

  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in mobile app design (iOS/Android), responsive web design, and data-driven dashboard designs.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and PowerPoint.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design principles, design systems, and user-centred design practices.
  • Strong visual design skills with an eye for layout, typography, and colour theory.
  • Experience with design handoff and collaboration tools such as Zeplin, InVision, or similar.
  • Knowledge of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate design rationale effectively with stakeholders and developers.
  • Familiarity with Agile development processes is a plus.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with design systems and creating scalable UI libraries.
  • Strong knowledge of user research methods, including A/B testing, usability studies, and analytics.
  • Experience with data visualization and designing user-friendly dashboards.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and how to design inclusive interfaces.
