Job Title: Project Manager with ClickUp Experience


Blue Moon Marketing


Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager with expertise in ClickUp to join our growing team. In this role, you will work directly with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our business goals. You will be responsible for optimising our project management system and reporting directly to the Managing Director.


Key Responsibilities:


Project Planning and Management:

 - Develop, manage, and oversee project plans, timelines, and deliverables using ClickUp.

 - Clearly define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.


Team Coordination:

 - Work closely with team members to assign tasks, set deadlines, and monitor progress.

 - Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during project execution and ensure that resources are allocated effectively.


Performance Monitoring:

 - Regularly track and report on team workload and performance to identify who is meeting deadlines and who may need additional support.

 - Utilise ClickUp analytics and reporting features to provide meaningful insights and metrics on project performance.


Process Optimisation:

 - Continuously evaluate and optimise the use of ClickUp to improve project tracking and communication within the team.

 - Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance overall productivity through better project management practices.


Stakeholder Communication:

 - Facilitate regular project meetings with team members to discuss progress, challenges, and next steps.

 - Prepare and present project status updates to the Managing Director and other stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on project goals.


Qualifications:


Experience:

 - Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably with a focus on technology or software development projects.

 - Strong proficiency in ClickUp or similar project management tools.


Skills:

 - Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

 - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.


Technical Knowledge:

 - Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) is a plus.

 - Proficient in using other project management and collaboration tools.


Education:   - Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
