Account Manager (Marketing/Advertising Agency) 


Key Responsibilities: 

∙Client Relationship Management:​

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining and growing client relationships by understanding their needs, offering solutions, and ensuring consistent communication. 

∙Campaign Development & Execution:​

Plan and oversee the execution of events, promotions, and contests across various channels, ensuring that client goals are met and expectations exceeded. 

∙Project Management:​

Lead multiple projects simultaneously, managing timelines, budgets, deliverables, and internal teams to ensure campaigns are completed on time and within budget. 

∙Creative Strategy Coordination:​

Collaborate with the creative, digital marketing, and strategy teams to create innovative 

marketing solutions, providing direction that aligns with client objectives. 

∙Client Presentations & Reporting:​

Prepare and deliver presentations, campaign summaries, and performance reports to clients. Analyze data to make recommendations for optimization and improvement. 

∙Event Planning & Execution:​

Manage and coordinate logistics for client events and promotional activities, ensuring flawless execution and high engagement. 

∙Budget Management:​

Monitor and manage budgets for projects, ensuring all campaigns stay within financial 

parameters while delivering maximum value. 

∙New Business Development:​

Support in identifying new opportunities for existing clients and contributing to pitches and proposals for new business opportunities. 

∙Stakeholder Communication:​

Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure seamless communication and execution of all marketing activities. 


Qualifications: 

∙Minimum 5+ years of experience in account management, ideally within a marketing or 

advertising agency. 

∙Proven track record of managing events, promotions, contests, and marketing projects from concept to completion. 

∙Strong project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects at once. 

∙Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. 

 ∙Familiarity with digital and traditional marketing strategies, platforms, and tools. 

∙Strong proficiency in budget management and tracking. 

∙Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. 

∙Experience with project management software (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Trello, or Basecamp) is a plus.
