Exciting opportunities await at Schneider Electric's Services business in Jaipur Schneider Electric's Services business which offers a range of solutions to design, implement, and optimize electrical infrastructure and smart systems for buildings, data centers, industries, and infrastructure. Looking for highly motivated and experienced sales professional with 6-12 years of experience to lead our Power Systems Sales for Northern End User at Jaipur location. This position reports to the Regional Sales Head, Services (North). This “business-to-business” sales professional should be able to prospect target accounts for new business, maintain an existing territory of business as well as establish and work with partners & End Users. The candidate must be comfortable in selling technical services solutions of Power Systems (Modernization/Up-grade/Recurring Services of Medium & Low Voltage Switchgear, Transformers, Relays etc) or Solution / Transactional sales is one of the key parameter. Essential Duties & Responsibilities • Responsible for new Business generation via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing services solutions and products • Sell a full range of services offers; requires consultative-selling skills • Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle • Provide a consultative solutions sales process to prospects • Conducts one-on-one and group sales presentations • Provide account management to an existing territory • Responsible for tracking customer information • Develop and maintain prospect and customer list based on strategic marketing data and other sources for sales leads in our b FO system Desired Skills & Qualifications • Must be a self-starter • Must be able to demonstrate sales record (10-12+ years) at a high level of achievement • Solutions-selling experience in any one or all of the following areas: Data Center Modernization, Cooling Trade-up/ Site modifications, equipment selling • Bachelor's of Engineering & Degree marketing or related field of study will be a advantage • Analytical skill set, good presentation skills, ability to interact with any level within an organization • Ability to motivate team and multi-task and get desired output from a team • Good Written and Verbal Communication Skills • Well-Developed Interpersonal Skills and Professional Demeanor Travel Extensive travel required for meeting customers and partners.
