We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Manager to join our team at SK Finance Limited. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and technical skills to oversee financial statement preparation, compliance with tax laws, and support senior management in audits and non-recurring events.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and review financial statement workings for both online and physical business operations.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Assist with liaising with statutory and internal auditors.
- Prepare and review Management Information System (MIS) reports for inventory control, debtors, and creditors.
- Ensure compliance with Income Tax laws and Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations.
- Support senior management in handling non-recurring events such as GST audits and Income Tax notices.
- Assist in setting up policies, procedures, and review mechanisms for financial operations.
- Coordinate data submissions with other departments.
- Provide support to team members for specific tasks.
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial statement preparation, compliance, and audits.
- Strong understanding of GST, Income Tax, and TDS regulations.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in handling MIS reports, reconciliation, and inventory management.
**Estimated Salary:** $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
