Position: Battery - Lead Application Engineer Location - Bangalore Build the requirements of battery pack, analysis, specification, validation, and management of requirements independently throughout the product life cycle Any product /sub-product development experience, taking it all the way to production Collaborate with product designers, system architects, electrical engineers, and software engineers to define and document product requirements that meet customer and market needs and ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations. Manage changes to requirements and ensure proper impact analysis and documentation. Participate in design and code reviews, and support test engineers in defining and executing system and software tests to ensure compliance with requirements and quality standards. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to requirements engineering processes and tools, and ensure best practices are shared across teams and projects. Bachelor's or master’s degree in engineering or a related field. 6 - 10 years of experience in Application engineering of battery pack and BMS / Charger, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality products. ~ Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
