Introduction to Role: As a Manager - Application Engineering, you will be responsible to support sales team for design, Select, arrive BOM and Costing of freon based refrigeration packages. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Oversee the design, development, and customization of refrigeration solutions for commercial applications. Ensure solutions meet regulatory, safety, and environmental standards. Provide advanced technical support for complex customer requirements. Conduct presentations and technical training for customers and stakeholders. Project Management: Manage multiple application engineering projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. Monitor project progress and resolve technical challenges. Drive innovation in product applications and sustainable refrigeration technologies. Work closely with the R&D, manufacturing, and product management teams to enhance product offerings. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Refrigeration, or a related engineering field. ~ Experience: ~8+ years in application engineering or a similar role ~ Proven track record in the commercial refrigeration industry is highly preferred. ~ Able to do heat loads in both manual / Software ~ Understanding the scope of insulation and select suitable insulation materials ~ Able to do detail engineering in terms of piping, fittings, flow controls, insulation, electrical cabling, cable trays, clamping and support works. ~ A Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, thermodynamics, and heat
