As the Gas Delivery Applications Engineer, you will often serve as the single point of contact in technical discussion with our customers. A team member in this role is expected to foster lasting customer relationships, responding to new requests, providing timely onsite support. The role requires responsive, concise technical communication to determine customer requirements and translate them into product designs. Mechanical design experience is needed for solid model architecture of heating systems for semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Technical communication with internal team members is required to then manage new opportunities through Watlow’s new product introduction process for prototype, design, manufacturing and logistics.
