Position Summary:

We are seeking a Client Servicing Manager to lead and manage our client service operations, ensuring seamless

delivery of end-to-end solutions for the brand.

In this role, you will oversee a dedicated team, work closely with the client onsite to understand their needs, and

ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with

strong communication and project management skills, committed to driving client success.

Key Responsibilities:

● Client Relationship Management:

○ Build and maintain strong relationships with the client, acting as the primary point of

contact for their needs and concerns.

○ Understand clients’ business objectives and provide strategic guidance to align with their

goals.

○ Address and resolve client issues promptly, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and

retention.


● Social & Digital Media Management:

○ Thorough understanding of social media platforms and they way it works

○ Developing social media content calendar, get creatives made internally, posting of content

○ Developing monthly reports and presentations

● Project Management & Execution:

○ Oversee end-to-end project operations, from initial briefing and planning through execution

and delivery.

○ Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, strategy, to ensure projects are

delivered on time and within budget.

○ Monitor project performance, prepare status updates, and report on project KPIs to

stakeholders.

● Operational Excellence:

○ Develop and implement processes to streamline operations, optimize resources, and

increase efficiency.

○ Maintain a high standard of service delivery, ensuring all projects adhere to company

quality standards and client expectations.

○ Conduct regular analysis of client servicing metrics to identify opportunities for

improvement.

● Budget & Financial Management:

○ Prepare project budgets, track expenses, and ensure accurate billing and invoicing.

○ Work closely with the finance team to ensure all projects remain financially viable and

within budget constraints.


Qualifications & Skills:

● Advertising agency background

● 2-3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or project management

● Knowledge of BFSI sector is an added advantage

● Proven track record of leading a team and delivering successful client projects.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

● Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
