About the Role:

HRipple Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Client Service Operations Lead to spearhead our client service operations, ensuring seamless delivery of end-to-end solutions. This key position involves leading a dedicated team, working closely with clients to understand their needs, and guaranteeing projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with strong communication and project management skills, committed to driving client success. As the primary point of contact for clients, you will build and maintain strong relationships, address and resolve issues promptly, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
    • Understand clients' business objectives and provide strategic guidance
    • Address and resolve client issues promptly
  • Social & Digital Media Management:
    • Thorough understanding of social media platforms and their applications
    • Develop social media content calendars, create internal content, and post updates
    • Develop monthly reports and presentations
  • Project Management & Execution:
    • Oversee end-to-end project operations from briefing to delivery
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and budget-friendly project execution
    • Monitor project performance, prepare status updates, and report on KPIs
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Develop processes to streamline operations, optimize resources, and increase efficiency
    • Maintain high service delivery standards, adhering to company quality standards and client expectations
    • Analyze client servicing metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Budget & Financial Management:
    • Prepare project budgets, track expenses, and ensure accurate billing and invoicing
    • Work closely with the finance team to ensure all projects remain financially viable and within budget constraints

Requirements:

We are looking for an experienced professional with:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or project management
  • A proven track record of leading a team and delivering successful client projects
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • An analytical mindset with experience in using metrics to drive improvements

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
