Job Summary:

As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets. You will identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels, build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and present and promote our range of natural diamonds to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Present and promote our range of natural diamonds to clients, showcasing quality, value, and competitive advantages.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities in the diamond industry.
  • Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms with clients to close sales deals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and sales campaigns.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction through timely responses and problem resolution.
  • Keep updated on industry trends, new products, and competitive activities to stay ahead in the market.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to represent the company and network with potential buyers.

Requirements:

To succeed as a Sales Growth Specialist at HRipple Solutions, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the diamond or luxury goods sector.
  • Strong knowledge of the diamond industry, including grading, sourcing, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients and tasks.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to meet clients and attend trade shows.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary and Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. The compensation package includes a comprehensive benefits program, opportunities for career growth and development, and a dynamic work environment.
