Founding Sales Lead — US

About the Role We’re seeking a Founding Sales Lead to drive revenue for our portfolio of AI-first digital agencies. You’ll be the first sales hire, responsible for building and scaling a high-value client pipeline across services including Webflow development, Shopify development, thought-leadership content, AI-enhanced UX-as-a-Service, and Development-as-a-Service (subscription sprints for MVPs and product builds). This role is for someone who understands how AI is transforming digital experiences and can articulate that value to clients. What You’ll Do Own and build the US sales pipeline for our AI-first service portfolio. Identify, target, and close clients looking for modern, fast, AI-enhanced digital solutions. Lead full-cycle sales: discovery, scoping, solutioning, proposals, and closing. Translate client needs into tailored Webflow/Shopify builds, AI-powered UX, and sprint-based product development offerings. Drive GTM strategy, messaging, and process creation as a founding team member. Collaborate directly with agency leads to align capabilities, pricing, and delivery. Report performance insights and help shape our market positioning. What We’re Looking For 3–7+ years of sales experience in digital services, tech agencies, product studios, or AI-enabled development. Strong understanding of Webflow, Shopify, UX/product development, and the role of AI in modern digital workflows. Track record of closing high-value services or complex digital projects. Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and comfortable building from zero. Clear communicator who can explain the value of AI-accelerated work to technical and non-technical buyers.
