As a Lead Project Manager, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of corporate interior fit-out projects—from conception to handover—while ensuring uncompromising standards of quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement project management frameworks tailored to the complexities of corporate interior fit-out projects.- Apply industry best practices and methodologies for efficient planning, execution, and delivery.- Define and enforce project control criteria across timelines, budgets, and quality standards.- Monitor progress, identify risks early, and implement proactive corrective measures.- Lead and inspire design and site delivery teams, fostering accountability, collaboration, and excellence.- Act as the primary liaison for clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders—ensuring clarity, alignment, and seamless communication.- Conduct stakeholder meetings to resolve concerns, track milestones, and share project updates.- Build and manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services; negotiate contracts as required.- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.What We Expect- 8+ years of proven experience in corporate/commercial interior fit-out (C&I and MEP).- Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline.- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments without compromising quality or client satisfaction.- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently under pressure.- Demonstrated capability in scaling team effectiveness by creating systems, structures, and processes.- Proven success in leading large, complex projects in high-growth environments.- Strong leadership, mentorship, and vision—able to influence, motivate, and guide teams.- Experience engaging with clients in prospect meetings and closing complex deals.What We Offer- An engaging work culture built on freedom with responsibility.- An innovative environment that values creativity and forward thinking.- Opportunities to learn, grow, and inspire while working on cutting-edge projects.- A collaborative and supportive team that recognizes your expertise and contributions.Note: This job description provides a general overview of key responsibilities and requirements.
