We have an opening for Talent Acquisition Partner– one of the leading organizations, for Bangalore Hybrid Location. Experience: 10 to 14 Years Bangalore / Hybrid Primary Skills: Talent Acquisition, Strategic Hiring, Employer Branding, Recruitment Analytics Act as a Strategic Talent Advisor – go beyond filling roles and work closely with hiring managers to align recruitment with business goals. Build strong talent pipelines using proactive sourcing channels, engage passive candidates, and leverage networks to find top talent. Partner with Leadership, HR, and Hiring Managers to facilitate a strategic, efficient recruiting process. Provide direction, mentoring, and training to the recruiting team. Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for respective business units. Lead global talent acquisition projects and contribute to process improvements and best practices. Be the Employer Brand Advocate, ensuring a positive candidate & stakeholder experience. Conduct talent analytics to support business decisions and accelerate performance. Extensive experience in talent acquisition and employer branding with a proven track record of executing strategic hiring plans aligned with business objectives. Expertise in recruitment metrics and talent analytics to support data-driven hiring decisions. Forward-thinking approach, anticipating future talent needs and developing proactive recruitment strategies. Open to innovation and emerging recruitment technologies, ensuring a competitive edge in hiring practices. Relevant Exp. in Talent Acquisition: – Experience in Strategic Hiring / Leadership Hiring: – Comfortable for Bangalore / Hybrid Location (Y/N): Note: This is a permanent position
