Build comprehensive internal and external talent pools Experience in skills-based recruitment Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field required. 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition with an advisory focus. Proven track record in recruiting for technical, non-technical, professional and managerial roles, ideally in electronics, test and measurement equipment, specialty sensors, and aerospace and defense subsystems. Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering excellence Strong relationship-building and influencing abilities. Data-driven mindset with experience in recruitment analytics. Proficiency in ATS, ideally AI based, and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and LinkedIn Talent Insights.
