We are hiring a Business Operations Specialist to bring structure, predictability, and rhythm across teams, while ensuring execution moves forward without constant founder involvement.Role OverviewThis role ensures Incresco runs smoothly across delivery, internal operations, cross-team alignment, and execution discipline. You will not be doing PM, QA, BA, or HR tasks — but you will ensure these functions work as intended.If you enjoy solving operational bottlenecks, creating order, and driving accountability, this role is built for you.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Rhythm & AlignmentRun the weekly operating cadence with Engineering, BA, HR, and Support teamsEnsure clarity on requirements, ownership, timelines, and next stepsIdentify risks early and drive corrective actionStrengthen internal processes, checklists, and SOPsDelivery GovernanceMaintain visibility on all consulting project deliveriesTrack progress, blockers, and dependenciesEnsure timelines are realistic and respectedStep in when alignment breaks and drive closureReporting & InsightsPrepare weekly ops summaries for the CEOBuild monthly delivery and performance review decksMaintain dashboards on hiring, delivery health, and utilizationEscalationAct as the first escalation point for operational or delivery issuesKeep loops closed, not circulatingEscalate to the CEO only when necessary with clear contextWhat This Role Is NOT(You must understand these functions, but not execute them.)Not a PM roleNot BA or QANot HRNot daily client coordinationNot Founders OfficeNot a “do everything” positionYour value is in alignment, clarity, and closure, not execution.Who You Are2–4 years experience in Ops, PMO, Delivery Coordination, or similar rolesStrong understanding of software project workflowsExcellent follow-up discipline and structured thinkingTech-aware, proactive, calm under ambiguityHighly organised with strong ownership attitudeYou work with leverage, not manual effort — AI tools and automation are a natural part of how you operate.Growth PathBusiness Operations → Operations Manager → Director of Operations → COOCompensation70:30 fixed-to-performance structure with strong upside for high-impact operators.
