The Import Specialist will handle day-to-day activities related to managing import and export documentation and operations. The role involves communicating with clients and suppliers, coordinating shipments, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and providing excellent customer service. The candidate will also closely monitor supply chains to ensure smooth and efficient logistics processes.QualificationsExperience in Import and Export operations, including knowledge of relevant documentation and processes.Strong understanding of International Trade, including regulations and compliance standards.Customer Service skills to manage client relationships and address inquiries effectively.Ability to coordinate logistics and manage supply chain processes efficiently.Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with sourcing products from China and India is an added advantage.Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
