KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Topline & discount control Achieving sales targets and revenue goals - Meeting or exceeding sales quotas and contributing to the company's overall revenue growth. Sales performance – sharp tracking of client wise sales as per commitment/projection agreed in the contract/agreement. Discount control - manage discounts within the approved budget of each business unit. Client management Building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients - understanding their needs, providing solutions, and fostering long-term partnerships. Identifying and developing new business opportunities – from potential clients, generating leads, and reaching out to new prospects.
