ROLE PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE

  • To design, drive and deliver Digital Products/solutions for Current Account and Non-Individual Customer segment
  • To work customer communication and engagement plan for usage of Digital products and usage among Current A/c and Non-Individual Customer segment.
  • Develop and execute Digital roadmap and strategy to support Business with Digital solutions/platforms for serving their customer segment
  • Responsible to plan and execute RPA projects across departments

  • All Digital solution / platform designed to serve non-individual Customers
  • Engagement program with Business Team and Customers

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

Business/ Financials


  • Develop & Execute Digital solution/product roadmap for Non-Individual customer segment
  • Develop and roll out digital services for Non-individual Customers
  • Drive Digital adoption program across non-individual segments
  • Responsible for percentage of customers to be on-boarded and active on digital platform/services
  • Partner with business and developing features and functionality to bring customers on business net banking for higher CASA balances
  • Develop a plan to automate all mundane process across departments


Customer (Both Internal & External)


  • Develop a learning document for all digital solutions to help customers in onboarding and first-time usage
  • Create a Customer engagement plan and collect Customer feedback on solutions and work on feedback with product team
  • Review Customer onboarding journey TAT and complaints, extract problems statement from complaints and identify solution
  • Create a method to communicate new enhancements / service additions to Customers


Internal Process


  • Monitoring Digital Business applications KRI/KPI
  • Set out process and policies to address customer complaints and NPS
  • Monthly/Quarterly reporting to RBI for transactions made through digital channels
  • Provide feedback on new development and enhancements proposed / developed by Product team
  • Keep Policies/Manuals/SOPs are up to date updated with version control
  • Compliant to regulatory requirement on Digital business application / RPA
  • Responsible to close any control function observations in time and ensure no reoccurrence of issue.


Innovation & Learning


  • Conducting training / refresher for different business – MSE/TASC/Branch banking/FIG
  • Develop training module and integrate it in HR learning application
  • Monitor progress and innovations in the industry related to Business solutions and keep abreast with developments
  • Participate in mandatory training courses and other programs/courses helps in developing skills for better performance


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS



Educational

Qualifications

MBA or equivalent degree



Experience (Years and Core Experience Type)

  • 5-8 years of experience in Managing Corporate Net Banking, Corporate mobility solution, any digital solution for non-individual customers
  • Work experience as Business Analyst/Product management in this domain is preferred
  • Experience in Branch Banking / Managing Corporate products
