Job Title: Git Hub ArchitectLocation: Pune / GurugramExperience: 10+ YearsShift Timing: 2-11 PM / 3 PM – 12 AM ISTJob Summary:The Git Hub Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-level Git Hub solutions to support secure, scalable, and efficient software development workflows. This role involves defining best practices for repository management, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and integration with other Dev Ops tools while ensuring compliance and governance across the organization.Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Git Hub Enterprise architecture aligned with organizational goals.Has extensively worked with Git Hub API.Design scalable repository structures, branching strategies, and workflow automation.Implement security policies, access controls, and compliance standards for Git Hub usage.Ensure adherence to code quality, vulnerability scanning, and audit requirements.Integrate Git Hub with CI/CD tools (e.g., Git Hub Actions, Jenkins, Azure Dev Ops).Automate workflows for code reviews, deployments, and release management.Define best practices for developers and teams using Git Hub.Conduct training sessions and create documentation for Git Hub usage.Monitor Git Hub performance, usage metrics, and optimize for efficiency.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Git Hub repositories and workflows.Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.10+ years of experience in software development roles, with at least 3 years focused on Git Hub architecture.Strong expertise in Git Hub Enterprise administration and architecture.Proficiency in Git, branching strategies, and version control best practices.Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git Hub Actions, and automation scripting.Knowledge of security and compliance standards for source code management.Familiarity with Dev Ops tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure Dev Ops, Docker, Kubernetes).Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Employee Benefits:Group Medical InsuranceCab facilityMeals/snacksContinuous Learning ProgramCompany Profile:Stratacent is a Global IT consulting and Services firm, headquartered in Jersey City, NJ, USA with offices in UK, Canada, and South Africa and global capability centers (GCC) in Pune and Gurugram in India.
