Strong expertise in Python, AI/ML frameworks, enterprise architecture, and modern backend technologies to lead the development of intelligent, scalable, and secure enterprise-grade solutions. The ideal candidate will architect and build microservices-driven applications, integrate advanced NLP/LLM capabilities, and leverage Azure AI services in a cloud-native environment.

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead the design and development of backend systems for AI-powered enterprise applications using Python, FastAPI, and microservices architecture.


• Architect and implement scalable and resilient systems using Kubernetes (AKS) and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).


• Design and optimize semantic search and vector-based retrieval pipelines using tools like FAISS, Weaviate, or Pinecone.


• Integrate LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel, Transformers) with external APIs and enterprise systems.


• Build and deploy NLP-based models leveraging HuggingFace, spaCy, Azure OpenAI, and custom ML models.


• Utilize Azure AI services (e.g., Azure Cognitive Search, Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, Azure Foundry) for solution acceleration.


• Implement agentic workflows using Model Context Protocols (MCP) and orchestrate intelligent agents for complex business use cases.


• Collaborate with enterprise architects to align backend systems with business goals and technical strategies.


• Conduct code reviews, establish best practices, and mentor junior developers on backend, AI integration, and deployment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 8+ years of backend development experience with strong proficiency in Python.


• Deep experience with microservices, RESTful APIs, and containerized architectures.


• Proven experience deploying on Azure Cloud, including services like AKS, Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Search, and Azure Foundry.


• Hands-on knowledge of vector databases, semantic search, and embedding techniques.


• Strong understanding of NLP, transformers, LLM architectures, and HuggingFace ecosystem.
• Proficient in CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and cloud-native development practices.


• Ability to architect and design enterprise-grade, secure, and scalable AI-enabled backend systems.


• Solid understanding of AI/ML principles, model lifecycle, and MLOps practices.


• Familiarity with agentic architectures, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and dynamic multi-agent orchestration.


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and LLM fine-tuning.


• Knowledge of event-driven architecture, message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).


• Prior experience leading cross-functional teams or projects in AI or enterprise environments.
• Contributions to open-source AI/ML frameworks or NLP tools.
