Leadership & Team-Building Skills: Ability to recruit, inspire, and lead a diverse, high-performing global team. Co-Investment Capability: Willingness and ability to co-invest in technology, marketing initiatives, and global expansion projects , alongside equity ownership. Commitment: This is an equity-based role , requiring long-term dedication, vision, and ownership mentality. Based in India, UAE, Canada, US, or France , with the flexibility to work remotely . Global candidates with relevant experience and leadership capabilities are encouraged to apply. Identify growth opportunities across new markets, industries, and geographies. Lead efforts to acquire and retain high-value clients across multiple continents. Oversee sales strategy, market penetration, and revenue growth initiatives . # Fundraising, Investment & Investor Relations Collaborate on co-investment decisions in technology and marketing initiatives to accelerate growth. Prepare financial projections, growth reports, and operational plans for investors. # Guide the development and evolution of AI-driven marketing tools like Ad Optima MC², BrandCore Elite, and AI GrowthPro. Operations & Team Management Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing, cross-functional global team . Establish scalable processes for marketing, project management, client onboarding, and campaign execution . Ensure quality, efficiency, and consistency across all global operations. # Brand & Marketing Oversight Lead branding, digital marketing, and content strategy to enhance Pluxsor’s global presence. Global Expansion & Market Intelligence Identify and enter new international markets , tailoring strategies to local audiences. Co-Investment Opportunity: Drive operations, innovation, and marketing strategy across multiple continents.
