Experience - 4+Years
CTC - Up to 10 LPA
NP - Immediate - 60 Days
Flexible to work in night shifts
Note - Payroll voice process(resolving payroll related queries like Pay checks, tax, W2, payroll etc.)
Skill
- Payroll voice experience is mandate with excellent communication
- Candidate will be responsible for resolving payroll related queries like Pay checks, tax, W2, payroll etc.
- Payroll Contact Center
- Payroll Systems and CRM/Workflow tools (SAP, Workday, Oracle)
- HRO Domain
- CRM/Workflow tools (SNOW, Astute, Zendesk, Siebel)
- MS Office
- Email Writing Skills
- Review Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and Dissatisfaction (DSAT) scores to identify patterns and areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular audits of payroll transactions and helpdesk responses to ensure high-quality service and compliance with payroll standards.
