Position Overview: As a Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Identify and prospect new clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and industry research. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to capitalize on business opportunities. Understand clients' needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions. Demonstrating a deep understanding of the industry and products/services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services to clients. Regularly update sales forecasts and performance reports. Stay informed about the company's products/services, industry trends, and market developments. Effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients. Conduct negotiations with clients to finalize deals and agreements. Ensure timely closure of sales opportunities while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Prepare and submit accurate and timely sales reports. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in AV industry is a must. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Power Point) and CRM software is a plus Problem-solving mindset with the ability to proactively address challenges. Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role is a plus. Strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
