We’re Hiring: HR Executive / HR Generalist (2–4 Years) – Bangalore We’re Okulr Techminds, a video analytics product company based in Bangalore. We build solutions in Video Analytics, including Face Recognition, Intelligent Traffic Management, Process Automation, Retail Analytics, Predictive Medical Analytics, and more. We are looking for an experienced HR Executive / HR Generalist with 2–4 years of experience in tech recruitment and HR operations to join our growing team. Recruitment & Onboarding Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles. Post job openings on recruitment platforms and LinkedIn. Conduct background verification and reference checks. HR Operations & Employee Records Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Manage documentation for hiring, exits, promotions, and transfers. Ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems. Prepare HR-related reports as requested. Employee Relations & Engagement Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures. Support issue resolution and communication between management and staff. Compliance & Policy Management Ensure adherence to labour laws and internal policies Maintain and update HR documents and handbooks Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field ~2–4 years of experience in HR with a focus on tech recruitment ~ Working knowledge of labour laws and HR processes ~ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) ~ Experience with HRMS/HRIS is an added advantage ~
