We’re Hiring: HR Executive / HR Generalist (2–4 Years) – Bangalore We’re Okulr Techminds, a video analytics product company based in Bangalore. We build solutions in Video Analytics, including Face Recognition, Intelligent Traffic Management, Process Automation, Retail Analytics, Predictive Medical Analytics, and more. Visit us: We are looking for an experienced HR Executive / HR Generalist with 2–4 years of experience in tech recruitment and HR operations to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles. Post job openings on recruitment platforms and LinkedIn. Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules. Conduct background verification and reference checks. Prepare offer letters and employment contracts. Support employee onboarding and induction programs. HR Operations & Employee Records Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Manage documentation for hiring, exits, promotions, and transfers. Ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems. Prepare HR-related reports as requested. Employee Relations & Engagement Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures. Assist in employee engagement activities. Support issue resolution and communication between management and staff. Payroll & Benefits Support Coordinate attendance and leave records for payroll processing Support benefits enrolment and related communication Assist with payroll audits when required Compliance & Policy Management Ensure adherence to labour laws and internal policies Maintain and update HR documents and handbooks Support compliance audits and statutory documentation Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 2–4 years of experience in HR with a focus on tech recruitment Working knowledge of labour laws and HR processes Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Experience with HRMS/HRIS is an added advantage Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills High level of confidentiality and attention to detail Location: Bangalore
