This is a high-impact opportunity for seasoned wealth professionals to drive asset growth, deepen client relationships, and shape the future of alternative investments with a market leader.Key Responsibilities :- Build and manage partnerships with distribution channels like Wealth Management Firms, IFAs, Family Offices, and Private Banks.- Source and engage potential clients across HNI, Ultra-HNI, and institutional segments for PMS and AIF products.- Lead client acquisition initiatives, handle investor pitches, and convert prospects into clients.- Collaborate with Investment and Product teams to understand and effectively communicate product strategies and value propositions.- Drive periodic roadshows, webinars, and investor education sessions.- Track competitor activity, market developments, and regulatory trends relevant to PMS and AIF segments.- Achieve predefined asset growth targets while maintaining compliance with SEBI and internal governance norms.- Prepare and present periodic performance reports, pipeline updates, and business forecasts.Desired Candidate Profile :- 10–15 years of experience in PMS/AIF sales or distribution—ideally within an AMC, wealth management firm, or registered investment advisor.- Strong existing relationships with distribution channels and client segments.- Deep familiarity with capital markets, PMS/AIF product structures, regulatory environment, and investor segmentation.- Stellar interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with academic credentials of B.
