About Us: Thrillophilia.com is India’s leading online platform for booking travel experiences and activities. We are a team of travel enthusiasts and tech-savvy professionals dedicated to delivering seamless travel planning experiences. As we scale new heights, we are looking for a specialized Talent Acquisition Expert with a focus on tech hiring to join our team and help us attract top-tier technical talent. Key Responsibilities: ● End-to-End Tech Recruitment: Lead the entire recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, including software developers, data scientists, engineers, and IT professionals. ● Talent Sourcing: Leverage advanced sourcing strategies using job boards, Git Hub, Stack Overflow, Linked In, and other tech communities to attract and engage top tech talent. ● Technical Screening: Conduct rigorous screenings to evaluate candidates’ technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with the company’s mission and values. ● Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with technical leaders and hiring managers to understand the specific requirements for each role and ensure a strategic approach to hiring. ● Employer Branding in Tech: Enhance Thrillophilia’s brand as a top tech employer by promoting our innovative culture and technology-driven environment. ● Data-Driven Recruitment: Utilize data and metrics to track recruitment effectiveness, optimize processes, and make informed decisions. ● Offer Management: Handle negotiations and finalization of offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience while securing top tech talent. ● Market Insights: Stay updated with the latest trends in tech hiring, compensation benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment. ● Compliance: Ensure that all recruitment practices adhere to legal standards and internal policies. Qualifications: ● Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in tech recruitment, preferably within the tech industry or for tech roles in high-growth companies. ● Education: Master’s degree from a Tier 1 college in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A technical background or understanding of tech roles is highly preferred. ● Skills: ● Expertise in sourcing and recruiting for a wide range of technical positions. ● Strong understanding of technical skills, tools, and platforms. ● Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. ● Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software. ● Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote setting. ● Remote Work Ready: Proven ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment, with strong self-discipline and time management skills.
