The ideal candidate will manage and optimize automation workflows, maintain database hygiene, and deliver data-driven insights to enhance marketing effectiveness. Proficiency in Excel and strong communication skills are key to success in this role.Key Responsibilities- Build and manage automated campaigns in Marketo integrated with Salesforce.- Ensure database accuracy and hygiene through data cleaning and validation.- Use Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting) for data management and analysis.- Develop lead nurturing workflows, drip campaigns, and segmentation strategies.- Generate campaign reports and provide actionable insights.- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align automation with business goals.- Run A/B tests and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.- Proven experience in Marketo and Salesforce CRM.- Strong skills in Excel for data management.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Marketo certification is a plus.- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email customization preferred.
