Hiring Job Title: Customer Service Associate – Sign-Up & Outbound Calling Location: Panaji, Goa Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: The Customer Service Associate for Sign-Up and Outbound Calling will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers, assisting with sign-up processes, and making outbound calls to introduce services, answer queries, and provide support. This role is pivotal in driving customer engagement, ensuring smooth onboarding, and providing proactive customer outreach. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Sign-Up Assistance: Guide potential customers through the sign-up process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Ensure all required information is collected accurately. 2. Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to new leads, existing customers, or specific target groups to introduce company services/products, gather feedback, or provide information. 3. Customer Onboarding: Provide customers with clear instructions on how to use the service, address any concerns, and offer troubleshooting assistance if needed. 4. Maintain Data Accuracy: Ensure accurate data entry and management of customer information during sign-up and through follow-up communications. Update CRM systems and ensure all customer interactions are documented. 5. Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s offerings to effectively communicate benefits, resolve questions, and provide the best solutions to customers. 6. Customer Engagement: Build positive relationships with customers over the phone, addressing their needs, inquiries, and concerns. Provide high-quality customer support and enhance customer loyalty. 7. Follow-Up Communication: Follow up with customers post-sign-up to ensure satisfaction, address any additional concerns, and offer further assistance as needed. 8. Sales Support: Promote services, highlight new offerings, and inform customers about promotional offers, contributing to sales targets. 9. Feedback Collection: Collect customer feedback and suggestions during calls to help improve services and identify areas for improvement. 10. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, sales) to ensure that customers are receiving consistent and accurate information across all channels. Qualifications:  Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)  Experience: Previous experience in customer service, tele sales, or a similar outbound calling role is preferred.  Fresh graduates are also welcome.
