Job Title: SAP CAR Consultant
Location: Bangalore
Work Type: Hybrid (2 days/week)
Duration of the contract: Minimum a year (with possible extension)
Experience Level: 6-8 years or 8-10 years

Position Summary:
As an SAP CAR Consultant , your primary responsibility is to provide functional expertise and guidance to the Client. The role includes the responsibility of implementing and maintaining SAP CAR solutions and analyzing business requirements, designing and configuring solutions and performing testing and troubleshooting activities.
Position Requirements / Minimum qualifications:
- BE/B. Tech or equivalent and above degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 6 to 10 years of experience in SAP CAR
- Good experience in supporting the SAP CAR landscape
- Minimum 2 end-to-end implementation of SAP CAR
- Exposure to POS DTA, Integration of CAR with different systems
- Preferably experienced in S4 HANA Implementation .
- Added advantage if there is a certification in the SAP CAR area
Position Responsibilities:
• Collaborating with Business Stakeholder for functional requirement gathering and designing activities across multiple teams, Information Technology Groups and business stakeholders to collaboratively develop effective solutions.
• Design and configure SAP CAR to meet the business requirement, conduct testing
• Be able to work closely with a team of developers and play a major role in the overall delivery of the assigned custom interfaces, objects.
• Be able to support the local and global community, in developing functional designs, making configuration changes, and testing SAP application developments
Position Requirements:
Minimum qualifications:
• Degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of consulting experience in SAP CAR.
• Conceptual and hands-on knowledge on below objects in SAP CAR
1. POSDTA
2. POS Interfaces with CAR
3. CAR Inbound and Outbound Interfaces
4. Merchandising Planning for Retail (MPR)
5. Omnichannel Article Availability (OAA)
6. On-Shelf Availability (OSA)
7. SLT Data Setup between CAR and ECC
8. UDF/DDF Engines in CAR
Additional Qualifications:
• Basic know-how in the ABAP Workbench and Data Dictionary to understand the program logic.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Good working experience and understanding of Agile tools like JIRA
