Key Skills and Experience

Required Skills:

  • SAP UI5 : Solid experience in building and deploying SAP UI5 applications, following SAP Fiori design principles.
  • SAP Cloud Application Programming (CAP) : Practical knowledge of CAPM and experience with Core Data Services (CDS) .
  • API Integration : Expertise in building and consuming OData and RESTful APIs .
  • Frontend Frameworks : Experience with JavaScript , HTML5 , CSS3 , and UI frameworks such as SAP Fiori or Angular/React .
  • Backend Technologies : Familiarity with databases like SAP HANA , SQLite , or other relational databases.
  • Cloud Platforms : Hands-on experience with SAP BTP or other cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
  • Version Control : Experience with Git for source code management.
  • Agile Methodology : Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Unit Testing : Familiarity with unit testing and test-driven development (TDD) using frameworks like Jest or Mocha .

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with SAP Fiori Elements for rapid UI development.
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker , Kubernetes ).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools.
  • Understanding of DevOps principles and experience with automation.
