Job Title: Node JS CAP M

Location: Bangalore, Bhubaneswar, Mysore, Mangalore, Chandigarh or Vendor location

Work Type: WFO

Experience Level: 4-6 Years

Duration: 1 year contract (with possible extension)

Language: English


Key Responsibilities:


  • Development: Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications and services using Node.js. Write clean, efficient, and scalable code.
  • Project Management: Apply project management principles to plan, execute, and close projects. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for developed applications and project management processes.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews, implement automated testing, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure their needs are met.


Qualifications:


Technical Skills:

  • Proven experience in Node.js development and related technologies (Express.js, MongoDB, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks) is a plus.


Project Management Skills:

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Jira).
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good in NODES CAPM front end and backend


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Node.js development.


Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
