Position Overview: Alpha Compliance Solutions is on the hunt for a high-performing and results-driven Telesales Specialist (Junior) to spearhead revenue growth by fostering meaningful relationships with business clients and delivering tailored compliance solutions. This is a remote role with a competitive base salary and an uncapped commission structure , designed for motivated professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. In this role, you will engage with prospective clients, identify their regulatory needs, and offer customised solutions from our suite of compliance services—including managed services , advisory , remediation , and call centre solutions . Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation Identify and generate leads through Linked In, email campaigns, and other digital platforms. Conduct market research and strategic outreach to connect with potential clients. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads to drive consistent business growth. Client Outreach and Engagement Initiate contact with prospects through cold calls, emails, and direct messages. Build rapport with key decision-makers, understanding their needs and compliance challenges. Deliver compelling presentations and proposals showcasing Alpha Compliance Solutions' value. Follow-ups and Deal Closure Consistently follow up with leads, addressing inquiries and guiding them through the sales process. Negotiate contracts and close deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets. Data Management and Reporting Maintain up-to-date records of leads, client interactions, and sales progress. Report on lead generation, client engagement, and deal closure performance.
