Synedyne has been in the forefront of product development in Sensing, Control, Connectivity and Intelligence products in India. Responsible for the establishment, implementation, and maintenance of the Integrated Management System throughout the organization (ASPICE, IATF 16949 and ISO 9001:2015) ● Participate with the Cross-Functional Team (CFT) in projects and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) for New Product Development (NPD) activities. Ensure that all quality strategies meet system requirements and address the Voice of the Customer ● Participate in the development of Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA). ● Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports ● Measure performance and identify any areas of weakness, recommending and implementing improvements ● Liaise with other managers and staff and provide training, tools, and techniques to enable others to achieve quality standards. ● Single point of contact for handling customer complaints, proactive response and implementation of counter measures, managing all other quality-related issues both within and outside the organization, including internal, and customer/customer warranty issues ● Required Automotive Industry quality assurance experience ● Determine and analyze the Risks and Opportunities ● COPQ Analysis on Month on Month basis & ensure Actions are implemented to close the Gap ISO, IATF & ASPICE implementation knowledge Defect analysis and 8D methods # 4M Change Management Document Management Configuration Management  Risk Management Root Cause analysis  Cost of Quality (COQ) Analysis Project Management  Quality Management System Time Management Bachelor's degree in Electricals and Electronics or relevant field ~7+ years' relevant work experience ~
