Senior Quality Assurance EngineerWe are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to lead our quality strategy and drive end-to-end testing across complex, cross-device ecosystems.This role requires deep expertise in installation testing, system-level validation, responsive/adaptive UI, AI models validation, strong technical judgment, and the ability to influence engineering and product teams to deliver high-quality desktop experiences at scale for global users by supporting internationalization and localization workflows and automation.Responsibilities:Create and execute scripts for functional UI/UX, AI model automation and testing on desktop applicationsDesign and execute test plans for AI models and systems, developing automated testing frameworks and tools tailored for AI validation on languagesInternationalization testing and language-dependent functional validationTest desktop-specific interaction patterns and expanded UI featuresReview designs in collaboration with product/design teams to ensure layout accuracyExecute regression, sanity, debugging analysis for validationWork with engineering teams to reproduce complex defectsLog defects clearly and track issues through resolutionCreate detailed test plans, cases, and reportsData analysis for testing process improvementsMentor QA team members on desktop best practices, workflows, and toolingRequirements:5+ years of SW QA experience and desktop application testingProgramming languages: Python, Kotlin, Java, C#, Selenium, Bash, PowerShellMLOps Tools (Optional): NeptuneAI, MLFLow, PyTorch, Diffusers, TransformersStrong understanding of AI/ML principles, model lifecycle, and data pipelinesDeep learning knowledgeDeep understanding of responsive/adaptive design principles and large-screen UX requirementsStrong experience testing across a wide range of devices, resolutions, and form factorsAbility to analyze complex UI behaviors and identify root-cause issues across frontend and device layersExperience defining test strategies, improving QA processes, and partnering with product/engineering leadsStrong communication skills with ability to provide guidance and influence cross-functional teams
