Position Summary
We are looking for a dynamic professional who combines expertise in Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnering (HRBP) to align talent strategies with business objectives. The ideal candidate will lead recruitment efforts, foster employee engagement, and drive HR initiatives to support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Recruitment Strategy : Develop and execute effective sourcing, screening, and hiring strategies to attract top talent.
Employer Branding : Promote the organization’s reputation as a great place to work through social media, events, and partnerships.
Candidate Experience : Ensure a positive and seamless experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Talent Pipelines : Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to fulfill current and future organizational needs.
HR Business Partnering
Strategic Alignment : Partner with business leaders to understand operational goals and align HR initiatives accordingly.
Employee Relations : Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, conflict resolution, and performance improvement.
Change Management : Support organizational changes by coaching leaders and teams through transitions.
Learning & Development : Identify training needs and collaborate on initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Performance Management : Support managers in conducting appraisals and setting performance goals.
Employee Engagement : Drive programs to foster a positive work culture, improve employee satisfaction, and retain talent.
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Experience :
Minimum 2 years in Talent Acquisition and/or HR Business Partner roles.
Proven track record in hiring top talent and influencing business outcomes through HR initiatives.
Skills :
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and recruitment platforms.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making.
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
