The ideal candidate will lead recruitment efforts, foster employee engagement, and drive HR initiatives to support organizational growth.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent AcquisitionRecruitment Strategy : Develop and execute effective sourcing, screening, and hiring strategies to attract top talent.Employer Branding : Promote the organization’s reputation as a great place to work through social media, events, and partnerships.Candidate Experience : Ensure a positive and seamless experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.Talent Pipelines : Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to fulfill current and future organizational needs.HR Business PartneringStrategic Alignment : Partner with business leaders to understand operational goals and align HR initiatives accordingly.Employee Relations : Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, conflict resolution, and performance improvement.Change Management : Support organizational changes by coaching leaders and teams through transitions.Learning & Development : Identify training needs and collaborate on initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth.Performance Management : Support managers in conducting appraisals and setting performance goals.Employee Engagement : Drive programs to foster a positive work culture, improve employee satisfaction, and retain talent.QualificationsEducation : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.Experience :Minimum 2 years in Talent Acquisition and/or HR Business Partner roles.Proven track record in hiring top talent and influencing business outcomes through HR initiatives.Skills :Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in HRIS systems and recruitment platforms.Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making.In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.Key CompetenciesStrategic ThinkingStakeholder ManagementProblem-SolvingEmpathy and Emotional IntelligenceInitiative and Proactivity
