Job Description Profile: Presentation Analyst- Transaction Team Responsibilities • Presentations: production, formatting and finalisation of high quality presentation materials across the group’s activities • Marketing: responsibility for ongoing management of group marketing materials; support on group marketing activities and projects • Reporting: production of ongoing group reporting including CRM and timesheets • CRM: support on management of CRM platform • Operations: support on ongoing administrative and organisational activities • HR: ad hoc administrative support for Group Talent Director on HR projects Candidate profile • Minimum 2 years prior experience in a corporate role, preferably within professional services or finance • Good academic credentials from a well regarded university. • Outstanding written and verbal business English communication skills. • Advanced Microsoft Office skills; PowerPoint and Excel are essential • Strong design and presentational skills; experience in delivering high quality presentations to brand guidelines • Experience with CRM systems and management • Track record of personal responsibility, in particular working in a project based environment with tight deadlines and of delivering to client expectations. • Proven ability to establish effective relationships and work well within a team (working directly with international teams is desirable). • Strong attention to detail and professionalism. Location / Hours • Noida. • Shift timings: 13:30 - 22:00 / 11:30 - 20:00 on a (weekly rotating basis).
