Position Summary :
Graduate
Minimum 2 years
Interest in Accounting/ Finance
Experience in SAP
A Day in Your Life: Key Responsibilities
Execution of operational O2 C- Claims & Deductions activities
Verification and processing of claims & deductions as per standards.
Coordination with stakeholders (internal & external) for obtaining documents, customer reconciliations.
Reporting on KPIs. Basic knowledge on Power BI and proficient on
Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of services delivered in accordance with Service Level Agreements
Perform periodic activity relevant review's with Senior Executive/Stream Supervisor.
Contribute to Continuous Improvements programs and standardization of processes across all markets in scope.
Functional understanding of O2 C
Continuous Improvement Mindset
Strong customer orientation & exceptional commitment to deliver quality service.
