Position : Assistant Registrar Report to : Registrar Location : BML Campus , Sidhrawali, Gurgaon Roles and Responsibilities Daily internal administration, Coordinate with different internal and external offices for prompt service to students, faculty, administration, and external agencies Management of all major activities, like legal matters, statutory compliances Calling Meetings of different committees and preparing & circulating minutes of the meeting. Responses to queries from students, staff and external organizations Follow up with relevant parties in relation to prospective student enquiries, examinations and graduation as required Documentation & maintain of university records Organizing events such as Registration, Founders Day and Convocation Ceremonies Responsible for creating and maintaining data required for different types of accreditations Preparing different report and analyses of research data Responsible for managing all aspects of Data Management and Accreditation Process including data compilation and updating, preparation of documents as per requirement of accreditation bodies and submission of documents on time Liaison with UGC, BCI, DHE and other statutory bodies Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned or directed. working with senior academic and non-academic colleagues of the University and involves working in a tight non-negotiable timeline that is set by the accreditation bodies Qualification, Experience and Skills required Minimum qualifications: Post Graduation Minimum Experience: Over all 15 Years of experience in university and working experience of min. 5 years as Assistant Registrar or Section Officer. Must have- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Time-management skills, Ability to pay attention to detail, Organization skills, Ability to multitask, Interpersonal skills. Must have a working knowledge of frequently used computer software and programs, such as Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel) Interested candidates can apply at by 30 December, 2024.
