Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Admissions & Outreach Manager to join our team at SGT University. This role will be responsible for attracting quality students, enhancing admissions, and promoting the university nationally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract quality students and enhance admissions.
  • Work with the Vice Chancellor, Registrar, and Deans to set admission criteria and standards.
  • Organize campus tours for potential students and their parents to showcase infrastructure facilities and faculty expertise.
  • Guide the Marketing Office in organizing exhibitions and open houses for school students and their parents.
  • Plan and execute student admissions from various parts of the country and abroad.
  • Organize visits to school campuses and polytechnic colleges to provide information about academic programs.
  • Assist the Marketing team in creating promotional materials such as brochures, pamphlets, banners, merchandise, and hoardings.
  • Finalize materials for newspaper advertisements, education fairs, and digital media.
  • Supervise staff working in the Admissions Office and motivate them to bring out their best.
  • Ensure adequate hospitality extended to parents and students during the admission process.
  • Arrange standard question papers for entrance examinations, schedule online examination dates, and oversee smooth conduct.
  • Coordinate evaluation of entrance examinations and prepare merit lists of candidates.
  • Schedule counseling sessions for students and parents and complete the admission process smoothly.
  • Finalize scholarships for deserving and quality students.
Requirements
  • Master's degree holder with professional additional qualifications (added advantage).
  • At least 12-18 years of experience with 5-6 years of relevant experience.
  • People person and leader with excellent organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and as a team member.
  • Professional demeanor and friendly/congenial personality with organizational astuteness.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, analytical, and time-management skills.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is ₹60-80 lakhs per annum, depending on experience. The position also offers best-in-class benefits in the education sector.
