The Admissions and Outreach Manager will play a crucial role in attracting quality students to the university by implementing effective planning strategies. This includes promoting the university nationally and internationally for student admissions, as well as directing staff under the Admissions Office to handle parents and students smoothly and hassle-free.

This position requires a minimum of 12-18 years of experience, with 5-6 years of relevant experience as a people's person and leader. The ideal candidate will be extremely organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as a team member.

The salary range for this position is estimated to be between ₹1,200,000 to ₹1,800,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location. The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Planning and implementing various strategies to attract quality students and enhance the number of admissions year-on-year
  • Working in tandem with the Vice Chancellor, Registrar, and Deans to set criteria and standards for admission
  • Organizing tours around campus to potential students and their parents to showcase infrastructure facilities and faculty expertise
  • Guiding the Marketing Office to organize exhibitions and open houses for school students and their parents at campus and other locations
  • Planning and executing student admissions from various parts of the country and abroad
  • Coordinating the evaluation of entrance examinations and preparing merit lists for candidates
  • Scheduling counselling sessions for students and parents and completing the admission process smoothly
