As a Fullstack Engineer, you must have experience with System Architecture and must have worked with different languages such as python and JS. It is a plus to have graduated or completed masters from a top tier college. Anybody with prior experience working in a startup will have additional advantage
**Note - This position requires the working hours to be according to US hours.**
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop robust and scalable backend systems using Java, Python, and other relevant languages.
Architect efficient and reusable frontend components using modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Collaborate closely with product management and UX/UI teams to translate product requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.
Implement and maintain integrations with third-party APIs and services.
Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability through code reviews, testing, and continuous integration.
Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the entire stack, from frontend to backend.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in software development and system architecture.
Mentor junior developers, providing guidance on coding practices, architecture, and troubleshooting techniques.
Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, estimation, and retrospective meetings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience (X years) as a Fullstack Engineer or similar role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
Strong proficiency in backend development using Java and Python, with a deep understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
Solid experience with frontend development and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
Understanding of software design patterns and best practices in system architecture.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality software products on schedule.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the beauty industry or other related fields.
Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in developer communities.
