Job Description: Lead Customer Happiness

Role Purpose:
- Lead customer support and manage escalations to ensure a high standard of service.
- Track and analyze customer success metrics to drive improvements.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams on issue resolution and feedback.
- Develop strategies to foster customer loyalty.
- Mentor a team of specialists to ensure their professional growth and customer-centric
- excellence.
The responsibilities we entrust you with:
- To work closely with the founding team who built and scaled public infrastructure such as UPI,
- GST, Aadhaar, and more.
- A fully stocked library and unlimited book and self-improvement budget.
- Tickets to conferences and industry events.
- Frequent up-skilling sessions by other Setuzens.

Years of Experience:
5 to 8 years in Customer Support
Qualification :
Any Graduates/Post Graduates
