You'll be the connective tissue between product, engineering, data, and design —owning the what and the how . You'll translate ambiguous problems into clear product specs, sequence delivery with pragmatic roadmaps, and run execution with engineering precision. If you're equally comfortable writing a PRD, debating RAG architectures, grooming backlogs, and closing the loop on GTM—this is for you. At the same team the candidate should have experience building software or atleast have built using low/no code tools.

Requirements, edge cases, data contracts, acceptance criteria, tracking plans.

Scope features for RAG pipelines, embeddings, agents, personalization, and data apps ; Data-informed decisions: GTM & Partner Enablement: Launch plans, pricing/packaging inputs, docs, demos, and training for stakeholders.

Standups, sprint planning, reviews, retros; Break down epics, capacity plan, manage external partners/contractors when needed.

Risk & Quality: RAID logs, delivery risks, non-functional requirements (latency, reliability, privacy).

Ensure data governance, privacy, and secure release management with DevOps/MLOps.

Product + Tech hybrid: you've shipped backend/AI or data products.

Practical grasp of RAG, embeddings, vector DBs (Pinecone/Weaviate), model serving, evaluation .

Data & Platforms: SQL/NoSQL, event pipelines, analytics (Mixpanel/GA4/Snowflake/DBT), API-first thinking.

Software delivery: Comfortable with Jira/Linear , CI/CD, Docker/K8s , cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure).

You prototype, de-risk, and ship—fast.

GenAI product experience (agents, prompt/retrieval evaluation, guardrails, content safety).

Multimodal (text/voice/vision) or recommendations/search experience.

Velocity: 2–3 high-impact releases shipped (or equivalent pilot milestones).

Quality: Rituals: Predictable sprint cadence, decision logs, and risk tracking established.

Ship a Partner API with usage analytics, quotas, and webhooks.

Launch auto-tagging & recommendations for creator/venue discovery with offline evals + online A/B.
