About the Role
We’re looking for a Sales/Marketing Coordinator to join us as the very first member of our growing team. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to help build a premium brand from the ground up, playing a key role in defining Nucraft’s future.
As our first hire, you won’t just be another employee—you’ll be a pioneer in a company with a long-term vision of innovation, growth, and industry leadership. You’ll work closely with the founder to drive lead generation, support sales efforts, and establish a strong digital presence for Nucraft. Your contributions will directly shape the company’s journey toward becoming a leader in premium building solutions.

Key Responsibilities
1) Lead Generation:
Manage and optimize digital ad campaigns on Google, Instagram, and Linked In to generate at least 25 qualified leads per month.
Analyze campaign performance and optimize for cost-effective results (₹500-₹800 per lead).
2) Sales Team Support:
Track leads, maintain CRM data accuracy (98%+), and ensure timely responses to all inquiries (within 24 hours).
Collaborate with Sales Executives to help achieve monthly sales targets (₹5 lakhs).
3) Client Outreach:
Assist in building relationships with architects, developers, and high-value clients.
4) Brand Development:
Contribute to social media strategies, achieving a 10% monthly growth in followers and engagement on platforms like Linked In and Instagram.

Experience: 1-3 years in sales, marketing, or related fields.
Skills: Strong digital marketing abilities (Google Ads, social media), communication, and CRM familiarity (Zoho, Hub Spot).
