Role: Customer Success Manager Experience: 5 to 7 years Location: Chennai (40–50% travel to Riyadh) We're looking for a Customer Success Manager with a strong background in data, analytics, or AI-driven platforms. In this role, you will act as the bridge between enterprise clients and Crayon's AI agentic solutions translating business problems into actionable data insights and ensuring adoption of maya.Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to drive agentic workflows and client-specific data models. Identify opportunities for upsell, renewal, and expansion, focusing on long-term strategic growth. Travel to client sites (40–50%) for workshops, reviews, and strategic planning sessions. Skills & Experience ~5–7 years in customer success, data analytics, or AI-driven solution delivery roles. ~ Proven experience working with enterprise clients in banking, fintech ~ Excellent communication and storytelling skills for executive presentations. ~ Hands-on ability to query and analyze data using SQL and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) ~ Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for insights-driven storytelling. ~ Knowledge of analytical or machine learning models and their real-world applications. Work at the intersection of AI, data, and customer experience. Experience international exposure through client engagement in the Middle East.
